Tim has been exceptional to work with on our business expansion project. Tim took the time to understand our needs and incorporate them into our new and existing office space. We didn't make this easy as we added an entire 2 bay shop midway through the project and Tim helped us move forward. The building plans are detailed and satisfied all building permit requirements. Having a proper set of plans is value added to any project for the client and builder. Tim was quick to react and address any questions along the way. After one in person meeting to get a sense of what we wanted, Tim provided a design that was exactly what we had in mind. Our vision was clean lines with a bright interior and Tim built on this and provided multiple options including his own artistic interpretation. That design had the same rooms we wanted but laid out in a fashion that provided unique spaces. Ultimately this is the design we chose because it made the most of interior and exterior living spaces. The natural pine finishes and metal railings create an inviting cabin feel with the modern functionality of a spacious kitchen. The thoughtful layout and large windows provide great views and a connection to nature. We are fortunate to be making more memories where so many family memories have been made with the space and comfort to continue the family legacy for years to come.
